Introductions are in order...

I just want everyone to know out in blogspace that I have no idea what I'm doing on here. I'm no pro. But let's get to know each other anyway. I'm Teenage Girl #492 that wants to use a blog to talk about her life. I figured.. if every other 491 girls can do it, why can't I?

So anyways, here I am blog people. I'm here to tell you a tale of drama, love, passion, music, sex, and family that is my life. We have my parents who are complete and total opposites of one another and I've spent my whole life wondering how they even fell in love with each other in the first place. There's my mom who is a bubbly, charming, loud short blonde woman. She makes friends with anyone she talks to for 30 seconds and even after all these years of teenage angst, still can see right through me. (which I hate but really rely on) And then there's my dad who is the tall, raven-haired stick-up-his-ass sorta fella. Extremely serious. Extremely smart. Extremely... dull. And yet we're alike in many other ways.

Then there's my wonderful older brother (we'll call him Connor). The most laidback and non-confrontational guy I have ever met (I'm surprised we're even related). The guy who I used to be attached to the hip with all the way til puberty. The guy that left me nearly a year ago... who without a word or warning moved out during the night to move in with 55 year old woman in Texas who he had met over the internet when he was 16 years old. Did I mention he's 21 now? And with her... left me. Alone. For a fucking pedophile... the thought makes my skin crawl.

Then we come to the non-family's. There is my completely perfect and doting boyfriend of mine we'll call Aaron. The ex-boyfriend/best friend Anton that I still talk to probably way too much. The best friend Brigit and the old best friend Tina who still only has "best friend" status because of seniority.

Finally let's address the reason for me starting this blog. I, my friends, think and overthink many of many things and as nice as these people in life are as an outlet for these thoughts, I feel I should lighten the load off them and throw them on anyone who has some time to spare browsing on the internet. I'm not a very normal person in the way that I feel like God took 6 completely different people and crammed them together into one body and created me. I'm a musician. I'm an adventurer. I'm a shy little girl. I'm a flirt. I'm a slut. I'm a philosopher. I'm a whole bunch of something rolled into one. And for a very long time now I've been considering whether that's a good thing or not.

Anyways, I'll probably try and post things once a day or once every other day. So pop in some time, to take a brief vacation away from your life for a couple minutes and immerse yourself in mine. Until next time dear friends.
